Vivien's Team People

I am professor of Neurosciences at Caen University. My main interests concern neurobiological aspects of CNS pathophysiology, with a particular emphasis for the multifaceted functions of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA).

Cyrille Orset is assistant professor (University of Caen Lower Normandy) and has been working at U919 since 2005. His main interests are directed towards the study of vascular events linked to ischemic stroke with a particular focus on tissue-plasminogen activator (tPA). Much of Cyrille Orset’s ongoing research has focussed on the role of tPA in the neuro-vascular coupling in experimental models of stroke (rodent, primate).

Jérôme PARCQ is an entrepreneur and has been working at U919 since 2006. His main interests are directed towards the development of new therapeutic strategies for neuronal diseases with a particular focus on tissue-plasminogen activator (tPA).
